| Project Lead experience 6 years + must be able to demonstrated hands-on program management and technical lead experience o Proven track record of consistently hitting target deadlines o Strong Project Planning and Estimating Skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and document solutions. o Cat Modeling Systems experience a plus and general insurance and re-insurance knowledge required o ETL tools DataStage or AbInitio a plus, Microsoft Office, Access and SQLSERVER and general Database skills are required o Web design and .Net skills a plus o Project Management certification a plus o Needs to perform QA checks on the technical design, coding and performance of all development work and supports issue resolution, documentation and technical guidance. o Needs to be responsible for managing the work and productivity of other technical resources on an implementation team o Graduate degree preferred | |
